Where is the revenue data collected from?
From public market revenue datasets (state/city/county reporting and other open sources) plus any customer-provided files (e.g., PMS/booking exports). During early access, the site may use curated sample data; production workspaces use your approved data only.
I found a mistake in the data. Why?
Market data can have reporting lags, address/brand mapping quirks, or duplicate records. Send details via “Report an issue” or email support@yourdomain.com and we’ll review, correct, and refresh within 1–3 business days with a visible changelog.
What is the cancellation policy? Is there any contract?
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime. Monthly: access continues until the end of the billing period. Yearly: 14-day refund window from first purchase; after that we’ll switch you to monthly at next renewal if you prefer. Your founding rate is locked while the subscription stays active.
Do you provide subscription receipts or invoices?
Yes. Receipts are emailed automatically and are downloadable in Billing. Need invoicing? We support annual invoicing (ACH/wire) for teams and provide a W-9/vendor packet on request.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Each customer gets an isolated workspace, encryption in transit/at rest, and least-privilege access. Your private data is not used to train models and not shared with other customers. Enterprise plans include audit logs and security reviews.
Do I need to integrate my PMS to start?
No. You can start with market revenue out of the box. When you’re ready, upload a simple CSV/XLSX export from your PMS to unlock deeper property-level insights. We support common exports and can help map columns during onboarding.
